Maple-Mustard Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
Makes about ¾ cup
- 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (optional)
Method
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, maple syrup, vinegar and hot sauce, if using
- Stir until well blended
- If not using right away, cover and refrigerate until needed
- Properly stored, the sauce will keep for 2 to 3 days
