Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup lowfat buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar, white wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, to taste 1/4 t
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper, to taste 1/4 t
  • 3 medium onions, green, thinly, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Method
