Lemon-Parsley Carrots Recipe
Ingredients
- Serving Size : 4
- 1 pound carrots – sliced
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 dash salt
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
Method
