Ingredients

Makes 3/4 cup

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons (packed) light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Country Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon hickory liquid smoke
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • pinch salt

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl
  2. Chill for 30 minutes
  3. Stir before serving as a spread for sandwiches or as a dip for chicken fingers and nuggets
