- 6 ounces kale, torn into pieces
- 4 eggs, whisked
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 cup Romano cheese
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- sea salt, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper, or more to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Method
- Start by preheating your oven to 365 degrees F.
- Spritz the sides and bottom of a baking pan with a nonstick cooking spray.
- Mix all ingredients and pour the mixture into the baking pan.
