Ingredients

Servings 4

  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 6 ounces kale, torn into pieces
  • 4 eggs, whisked
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Romano cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • sea salt, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper, or more to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Method

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 365 degrees F.
  2. Spritz the sides and bottom of a baking pan with a nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Mix all ingredients and pour the mixture into the baking pan.
  4. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until it is thoroughly heated. Bon appetit!
