  • 1/2 cup (60 g) chopped walnuts

Method

  1. Slice the figs in half, spread each half with a tablespoon of Gorgonzola, and sprinkle with 1/2 tablespoon chopped walnuts

Makes 4 servings of 2 halves

  1. Each with 12 grams of carbohydrates and 2 grams of fiber, for a total of 10 grams of usable carbs and 9 grams of protein
