Keto Easy Almond Fat Bombs Recipe

Ingredients

Serves: 4.

  • ¾ cup melted coconut oil
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • 60 drops (about 3/8 tsp.) liquid Stevia
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 8 tablespoons (1 stick) salted butter, melted

Method

  1. Melt the coconut oil and butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  2. Add the almond butter, stevia, cocoa and stir well to combine.
  3. Place a silicone mold on a small cookie sheet.
  4. Pour about 2 tablespoons of mixture into each of silicone candy molds and place in the freezer for an hour.
  5. Once hardened, remove from the molds and serve.
  6. Keep the leftovers stored in an airtight container in the freezer.
