- 6 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1 avocado, pitted and sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Method
- Place the eggs in a pan of boiling water; then, cook over low heat for 6 minutes.
- Peel and halve the eggs.
- Sprinkle the eggs with salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and dill.
- Serve on individual plates; drizzle the avocado slices with fresh lemon juice and serve with eggs. Enjoy!
