Ingredients

- 1 package cheese curds (or cheese sticks)
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- vegetable oil
Method
- Begin by whipping your egg whites, garlic powder, and heavy cream in a bowl
- In a separate bowl, mix together your almond flour and parmesan
- Take your cheese curd (or cheese sticks cut into four) and dip them in the egg mixture, coating evenly
- Dip your curd into the almond flour mixture
- Repeat steps three and four with that SAME curd
- Set aside on a plate and do the same for the rest of your cheese
- Place your plate of cheese curds into the freezer for half an hour
- With 7 minutes left in the freezer, fill a frying pan with about one inch of oil
- Heat it up the oil
- Take your curds out and place them into the fryer, one by one
- Flip them once the bottom is browned
- Leave them in for only 2-3 minutes, or until brown
- Drain the grease and serve with a chipotle aioli!
