Keto Chai Fat Bombs Recipe
Ingredients
Serves: 15.
- 1 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup butter
- 2 teaspoons cardamom
- 2 teaspoons ginger
- 1 teaspoons cloves
- 1 teaspoons nutmeg
- 10 drops EZ-sweetz (liquid sweetener)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Method
- Melt the coconut oil, heavy cream and butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Add the sweetener, ginger, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg and vanilla extract and stir well to combine.
- Pour the mixture into molds and freeze for at least 1 hour.
- Once they have completely hardened, remove from the molds.
- Keep the candies stored in the fridge.
