Keto Blueberry Fat Bombs Recipe
Ingredients
Serves: 24.
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 stick butter
- 3/4 cup coconut oil
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup coconut cream
- sugar-free sweetener to taste.
Method
- Place the butter and coconut oil in a small saucepan and melt over low heat.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
- Meanwhile, combine the coconut cream, softened cream cheese and berries in a blender and pulse until smooth.
- Add the melted butter and coconut oil and blend for 15-20 seconds until combined and smooth.
- Taste and add sugar-free sweetener to your taste.
- Pour the mixture into molds and freeze for 1-2 hours until they have hardened.
- Remove from the molds.
