Keto Blueberry Fat Bombs Recipe

Ingredients

Serves: 24.

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3/4 cup coconut oil
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup coconut cream
  • sugar-free sweetener to taste.

Method

  1. Place the butter and coconut oil in a small saucepan and melt over low heat.
  2. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. Meanwhile, combine the coconut cream, softened cream cheese and berries in a blender and pulse until smooth.
  4. Add the melted butter and coconut oil and blend for 15-20 seconds until combined and smooth.
  5. Taste and add sugar-free sweetener to your taste.
  6. Pour the mixture into molds and freeze for 1-2 hours until they have hardened.
  7. Remove from the molds.
