Ingredients
- boneless pork loin chops
- 1 can (8 ounces, or 225 g) no-salt-added tomato sauce
- 2 tbsps (15 g) Italian dressing mix
- ¼ cup (60 g) brown sugar
- ¼ cup (44 g) Dijon mustard
Method
- Place pork chops in slow cooker
- Mix remaining ingredients together in a bowl
- Pour over chops
- Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours or until meat is tender but not dry
- Yield: 4 servings
- Per serving: 137 g water; 212 calories (21% from fat, 43% from protein, 35% from carb)
