Italian Beef Stew Recipe
Ingredients
- Serving Size : 6
- 1 Jar Ragu Italian Cooking Sauce
- 2 Pounds Beef Stew Meat – cubed
- 4 Medium Carrots
- 1 Cup Water
- 4 Medium Potatoes
- 2 Medium Onions
- oil – for cooking.
- 1 Beef Bouillon Cubes
Method
- Brown meat in oil.
- Add sauce and bring to boil.
- Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
- Peel potatoes, onions and carrots.
- Cut into quarters.
- Dissolve beef bouillon cube in water.
- Add water and vegetables to stew.
- Cover and simmer for 30 minutes more.
