Ingredients
- 280g sharp Cheddar cheese
- 225g fat-free cream cheese
- ½ cup (120 ml) skim milk
- ½ cup (120 ml) dry white wine
- 225g crabmeat
Method
- Spray the bottom and sides of slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray
- Place the two cheeses and milk in prepared slow cooker
- Cook 1 to 2 hours
- Add wine and crabmeat and stir to combine; cover and cook for 1 hour longer
- Yield: 8 servings
- Per serving: 79 g water; 255 calories (64% from fat, 30% from protein, 6% from carb)
