Hot Cheesy Crabmeat Dip Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients

  • 280g sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 225g fat-free cream cheese
  • ½ cup (120 ml) skim milk
  • ½ cup (120 ml) dry white wine
  • 225g crabmeat

Method

  1. Spray the bottom and sides of slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray
  2. Place the two cheeses and milk in prepared slow cooker
  3. Cook 1 to 2 hours
  4. Add wine and crabmeat and stir to combine; cover and cook for 1 hour longer
  5. Yield: 8 servings
  6. Per serving: 79 g water; 255 calories (64% from fat, 30% from protein, 6% from carb)
