Ingredients
- 1 can (28 ounces, or 785 g) no-salt-added diced tomatoes
- 115g canned chilies, chopped
- 684 g pinto beans, cooked or canned without salt
- 680g hominy, undrained
- 1 cup (160 g) chopped onion
- 475 ml water
- 2 tbsps (15 g) Ranch Dressing mix
- 2 tablespoons (15 g) salt-free mexican seasoning
Method
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker
- Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours
- Yield: 8 servings
- Per serving: 204 g water; 658 calories (3% from fat, 17% from protein, 79% from carb)
