Ingredients
Makes 1/2 cup
- 2 tablespoons green olive tapenade
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon snipped fresh chives
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
- pinch ground cayenne
Method
- In a small bowl, whisk together the tapenade, lemon juice and olive oil until well blended
- Stir in the green onions, parsley, chives, basil, marjoram and cayenne
- Mix until well blended
- Store leftover dressing tightly covered in the refrigerator, where it will keep for 1 to 2 days
