Great Goulash Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 10 ounces egg noodles
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 16 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • green onions to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder Brown ground beef.

Method

  1. Cook noodles until done.
  2. Combine all ingredients well, saving half of Cheddar cheese to top the casserole.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes.
