French Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients
- Serving Size : 1
- 1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk – (14 oz)
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 Egg yolk – beaten
- 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups Borden Whipping Cream – whipped
Method
- In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, water, egg yolks and vanilla extract.
- Fold in whipped cream.
- Pour into aluminum foil lined 9×5 loaf pan.
- Cover.
- Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
- Remove from pan, peel off foil and slice.
- Makes about 1 1/2 quarts.
