Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 stick (115 g) butter, melted
  • 1 batch Cauliflower Rice Deluxe
  • 6 strips bacon, cooked until crisp, and crumbled
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  1. Saute the onion in the butter until its golden and limp
  2. Toss the Cauliflower Rice Deluxe with the sauteed onion and the bacon, salt, pepper, and cheese
  3. Serve

Makes 8 servings

  1. Each with 8 grams of carbohydrates and 2 grams of fiber, for a total of 6 grams of usable carbs and 5 grams of protein
