Ingredients

- 1 Can Peach Slices – drained,cut up
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 3/4 Cup Vinegar
- 4 Ounces Candied Lemon Peel – or
- candied Orange Peel.
- 4 1/2 Ounces Crystallized Ginger – diced
- 4 Ounces Raisins
- 1/2 Teaspoon Curry Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cloves
Method
- Almond Slivers – optional
- In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce and simmer, stirring frequently for 45 minutes.
- Pour immediately into hot sterilized jars.
- Seal tightly.
