Easy Goulash Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 (17 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (15 ounce) can whole-kernel corn
  • 2 cups macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheese, if desired Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Method

  1. Brown beef with onions and green peppers.
  2. Drain.
  3. Add tomatoes and corn.
  4. Cook until heated well.
  5. Cook macaroni and drain.
  6. Add to beef mixture.
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Pour into baking pan.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes.
  10. If desired, sprinkle cheese over the top and bake just long enough for cheese to melt.
