Ingredients
- 700 ml water
- 2 medium potatoes, diced finely
- 225g fat-free cream cheese, cubed
- ½ cup (80 g) chopped onion
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon dill weed
- ½ cup (58 g) shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker
- Cover and cook on high 4 hours, stirring occasionally
- Yield: 6 servings
- Per serving: 407 g water; 354 calories (27% from fat, 14% from protein, 59% from carb)
