Easy Cheesy Potato Soup Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients

  • 700 ml water
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced finely
  • 225g fat-free cream cheese, cubed
  • ½ cup (80 g) chopped onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dill weed
  • ½ cup (58 g) shredded Cheddar cheese

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker
  2. Cover and cook on high 4 hours, stirring occasionally
  3. Yield: 6 servings
  4. Per serving: 407 g water; 354 calories (27% from fat, 14% from protein, 59% from carb)
