Deluxe Chocolate Pecan Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

• Serving Size : 1
• 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 cups butter – softened
• 1 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
• 2 Eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 24 ounces semi-sweet chocolate morsels
• 1 cup chopped pecans

Method

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
3. In large bowl, combine butter and brown sugar; beat until creamy.
4. Add eggs and vanilla extract; beat until light and fluffy.
5. Gradually blend in flour mixture.
6. Stir in chocolate morsels and pecans.
7. Drop by well rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
8. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
9. Makes 3 dozen 2 1/2″ cookies.
