Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings

Ingredients

SERVES 4.

  • 2 pounds raw chicken wings
  • 1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley

Method

  1. In a large bowl, place chicken wings, salt, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, and baking powder, then toss
  2. Place wings into the air fryer basket
  3. Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 25 minutes
  4. Toss the basket two or three times during the cooking time
  5. In a small bowl, combine butter, Parmesan, and parsley
  6. Remove wings from the fryer and place into a clean large bowl
  7. Pour the butter mixture over the wings and toss until coated
  8. Serve warm
