Ingredients
- 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 4 cloves Garlic, Smashed
- 1 tbsp Rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
- pepper to Taste
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 4 Tbsps. Olive Oil
- ¼ cups Red Wine Vinegar
Method
- Lay the chicken breasts in the crock pot
- Chop the garlic and add on to the chicken
- Mix the rosemary, seasonings and sugar and sprinkle on top
- Pour the olive oil, vinegar and red wine over the ingredients
- Cook on low for about 5 hours until chicken is tender
- Shred the meat using a fork and mix with the juices
- Serve with Greek salad
