Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- ¼ cup raw honey
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup chicken stock
- 3 tbsp garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp coconut aminos
- 2 tsp tapioca starch
- 2 tbsp water
- red pepper flakes, to taste.
- sea salt and freshly ground black.

Method
- Mix the honey, vinegar, lemon juice, coconut aminos, garlic, salt, pepper and chicken stock in a bowl
- Place the chicken in the crock pot and pour the sauce over it
- Cook covered for 6-8 hours on low
- Remove the chicken and place aside
- Pour the sauce in a saucepan and heat
- Mix water with the tapioca starch until dissolved and add to the sauce
- Stir the sauce until it thickens
- Sprinkle red pepper flakes on the chicken and pour the sauce over it
