Ingredients

Serving Size : 1

  • 1 package yeast
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil

Method

  1. In large mixing bowl, combine yeast, 1 cup of flour and salt.
  2. Add water and oil.
  3. Beat at low speed 1/2 min, scrapping sides of bowl.
  4. Beat at high speed for 3 minutes.
  5. Stir in enough of remaining flour to make a stiff dough.
  6. Knead, let stand till dough doubles in size, 1 1/2 hours.
  7. Punch down, cover and chill, 2 hours.
  8. Divide into 3 or 4 balls.
  9. Brush with oil.
  10. Roll thin.
  11. Bake at 450 degrees.
