- 1/4 avocado
- 1 ounce crumbled goat cheese
- 2 slices cooked bacon crumbled
Method
- Heat a small skillet over medium heat
- Add the bread cheese to the skillet
- Cook 1 minute per side until heated through
- Cab be browned if you wish using higher heat
- Remove the bread cheese from the skillet
- Cool slightly
- Top with bacon and cheese
