Ingredients
- 225g cream cheese, cubed
- ¼ cup (60 ml) whipping cream
- 1 cup (190 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 2 tablespoons (24 g) pimiento, diced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tbsps (10 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsps finely chopped onion
- ¼ teaspoon thyme
Method
- Combine cream cheese and cream in slow cooker
- Cover and heat on low until cheese is melted, about 1 hour
- Add remaining ingredients
- Cover and heat on low 30 to 45 minutes longer
- Yield: 12 servings
- Per serving: 29 g water; 84 calories (80% from fat, 12% from protein, 8% from carb)
