Chipotle Honey Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients

Servings : 2-3 cups

  • 12 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 6 tablespoons honey
  • 1.5 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 3 small garlic cloves, minced

Method

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth
  2. Personally, I ditch the adobe sauce (wash the peppers)
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary
  4. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator
