Ingredients
- 1 C. diced kale
- 1 small leek, white and light green parts only, sliced
- 4 oz. halved cherry tomatoes
- 4 eggs
- 1 C. milk
- 4 oz. shredded Italian cheese blend
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary, finely diced
- 1 pin. sea salt
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- Coat a pie plate with oil and then set your oven to 375 degrees before doing anything else
- Steam your kale over 2 inches of boiling water, in a large pot, using a steamer insert
- Place a lid on the pot and let the contents cook for 7 mins
- Then place the kale into the pie plate
- Now combine the sliced tomatoes and leeks with the kale
Get A Bowl, Combine.black pepper, milk, sea salt, cheese, and rosemary
- Enter this mix into the pie plate and stir the contents
- Cook everything in the oven for 35 mins
- Now place a topping of parmesan over the quiche and continue cooking it in the oven for 15 more mins
