Greek Canape With Ham

Ingredients

• Serving Size : 1
• zampone
• crackers
• cooked beet slices
• pitted black olives

Method

1. Cut zampone to fit shape of the crackers you are using.
2. With a sharp knife, cut out small hearts and diamonds from the beet rounds; cut out small clubs and spades from the olives.
3. Decorate the zampone canapes with these so they resemble playing cards.
