Cabbage Fruit Salad With Sour-Cream Recipe

Ingredients

  • Serving Size : 4
  • 2 cups cabbage; raw, shredded
  • 1 apple; medium , diced, unpeeled
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Method

  1. Prepare cabbage and apple.
  2. Use 1 T lemon juice to wet diced apple to prevent darkening.
  3. Toss cabbage, raisins, and apple.
  4. Mix fruit juices, salt, and sugar.
  5. Add sour cream, stir until smooth; add to salad and chill.
