Ingredients

  • 1 pound (455 g) pork loin, ground
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon white pepper
  • ¾ teaspoon dried sage
  • ¼ teaspoon mace
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground allspice

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients, mixing well
  2. Fry, grill, or cook sausage on a greased baking sheet in an oven at 325°F (170°C, or gas mark 3) until done
  3. Yield: 8 servings
  4. Per serving: 42 g water; 74 calories (31% from fat, 67% from protein, 2% from carb)
