  • 1 1/2 pound lean ground beef
  • salt and ground black pepper, optional
  • 6 hamburger buns, split
  • Method

  • Prepare Mango Salsa, Crisp and Spicy Cabbage Relish or Basil Marinated Tomatoes; set aside in refrigerator.
  • Preheat grill according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Shape ground beef into six 1/2-inch-thick patties.
  • Grill burgers 11 to 13 minutes, or until no longer pink and juices run clear, turning once.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve burgers on buns with Mango Salsa or another topping.
