Ingredients
SERVES 4.
- 3/4 pound 80/20 ground beef
- 1/4 pound Mexican-style ground chorizo
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 5 slices pickle jalapenos, chopped
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
Method
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients
- Divide the mixture into four sections and form them into burger patties
- Place burger patties into the air fryer basket, working in batches if necessary
- Adjust the temperature to 375°F and set the timer for 15 minutes
- Flip the patties halfway through the cooking time
- Serve warm
