Ingredients
- 705 ml water
- 1¾ cups (420 ml) apple juice
- 1½ cups (120 g) rolled oats
- 200g dried mixed fruit
- 1/3 cup (75 g) brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 340g vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup (125 g) granola
Method
- Combine first six ingredients (through cinnamon) in slow cooker
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours
- Top with yogurt and granola to serve
- Yield: 8 servings
- Per serving: 178 g water; 254 calories (7% from fat, 9% from protein, 84% from carb)
