Ingredients
SERVES 4.
- 1 medium head cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
- 1 medium lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Method
- Remove the leaves from the head of cauliflower and brush it with melted butter
- Cut the lemon in half and zest one half onto the cauliflower
- Squeeze the juice of the zested lemon half and pour it over the cauliflower
- Sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley
- Place cauliflower head into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 350°F and set the timer for 15 minutes
- Check cauliflower every 5 minutes to avoid overcooking
- It should be fork tender
- To serve, squeeze juice from other lemon half over cauliflower
- Serve immediately
