Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients
Serves 2
- 1 sweet potato, peeled and washed
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- Cut potato into ¼-inch matchsticks
- In a shallow glass baking dish, toss the potatoes with remaining ingredients
- Place fries evenly in the basket-do not overcrowd
- Put the basket and pan into the AIR FRYER
- Set temperature to 400 and timer for 10 minutes
- After 5 minutes, toss fries and cook for an additional 5 minutes
- Once cooking is complete, remove
- Repeat with remaining fries
