Air Fryer Raspberry Danish Bites Recipe

Ingredients

SERVES 10.

  • 1 cup blanched finely ground almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons granular Swerve
  • 2 ounces full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 10 teaspoons sugar-free raspberry preserves

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients except preserves in a large bowl until a wet dough forms
  2. Place the bowl in the freezer for 20 minutes until dough is cool and able to roll into a ball
  3. Roll dough into ten balls and press gently in the center of each ball
  4. Place 1 teaspoon preserves in the center of each ball
  5. Cut a piece of parchment to fit your air fryer basket
  6. Place each Danish bite on the parchment, pressing down gently to flatten the bottom
  7. Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 7 minutes
  8. Allow to cool completely before moving, or they will crumble
