Ingredients
SERVES 10.
- 1 cup blanched finely ground almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoons granular Swerve
- 2 ounces full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 large egg
- 10 teaspoons sugar-free raspberry preserves
Method
- Mix all ingredients except preserves in a large bowl until a wet dough forms
- Place the bowl in the freezer for 20 minutes until dough is cool and able to roll into a ball
- Roll dough into ten balls and press gently in the center of each ball
- Place 1 teaspoon preserves in the center of each ball
- Cut a piece of parchment to fit your air fryer basket
- Place each Danish bite on the parchment, pressing down gently to flatten the bottom
- Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 7 minutes
- Allow to cool completely before moving, or they will crumble
