Ingredients
YIELD s 2 cups (1/4 cup per serving).:
- 2 cups raw almonds
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 (1-ounce) ranch dressing mix packet
Method
- In a large bowl, toss almonds in butter to evenly coat
- Sprinkle ranch mix over almonds and toss
- Place almonds into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 320°F and set the timer for 6 minutes
- Shake the basket two or three times during cooking
- Let cool at least 20 minutes
- Almonds will be soft but become crunchier during cooling
- Store in an airtight container up to 3 days
