Air Fryer Chicken Kofta
Ingredients
- 200g Chicken mince
- 20g chopped Onion
- 10g chopped Ginger
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- ½ tsp Garam masala
- 5g Coriander leaves
- 1 chopped Green chilli
- oil for brushing
- salt to taste
Method
- Mix all the ingredients except oil
- Divide the mixture into equal portion and shape them into koftasize balls
- Preheat the Airfryer at 180oC for 5 minutes
- Lightly brush the air fryer wire rack and the koftas with oil
- Place the koftas on the rack
- Cook for 5-7 minutes at the same temperature
- Serve hot as a snack or use them in gravy for chicken koftas
