Slow Cooker Roast Turkey Breast Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 turkey breast
  • 2 tbsps (15 g) low-salt onion soup mix

Method

  1. Rinse the turkey breast and pat dry
  2. Cut off any excess skin but leave the skin covering the breast
  3. Rub onion soup mix all over outside of the turkey and under the skin
  4. Place in a slow cooker
  5. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour and then set to low and cook for 7 hours
  6. Yield: 6 servings
  7. Per serving: 111 g water; 173 calories (13% from fat, 87% from protein, 0% from carb)
