Apple Oatmeal Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients

  • 705 ml water
  • 1¾ cups (420 ml) apple juice
  • 1½ cups (120 g) rolled oats
  • 200g dried mixed fruit
  • 1/3 cup (75 g) brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 340g vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup (125 g) granola

Method

  1. Combine first six ingredients (through cinnamon) in slow cooker
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours
  3. Top with yogurt and granola to serve
  4. Yield: 8 servings
  5. Per serving: 178 g water; 254 calories (7% from fat, 9% from protein, 84% from carb)
