Cheesy Garden Tuna-Filled Crepes Recipe

Ingredients

  • Serving Size : 4
  • 4 crepes
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can (7 3/4 oz) tuna – drained
  • 2 cups frozen broccoli – cut up
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Method

  1. Prepare crepes
  2. Place broccoli in 1 1/2 qt microwave safe casserole
  3. Cover and microwave as directed on pkg ;drain
  4. Stir in 1 1/2 cups cheese and the remaining ingredients.
  5. Microwave covered on high 1 minute.
  6. Spoon onto crepes;roll up.
  7. Arrange in square microwave dish,8 x 8 x 2″; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  8. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave on high until cheese is melted,2 to 3 minutes.
  9. 4 Servings.
