Air Fryer Coconut Flour Cheesy Garlic Biscuits

Ingredients

SERVES 4.

  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted and divided
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 scallion, sliced

Method

  1. In a large bowl, mix coconut flour, baking powder, and garlic powder
  2. Stir in egg, half of the melted butter, Cheddar cheese, and scallions
  3. Pour the mixture into a 6 round baking pan
  4. Place into the air fryer basket
  5. Adjust the temperature to 320°F and set the timer for 12 minutes
  6. To serve, remove from pan and allow to fully cool
  7. Slice into four pieces and pour remaining melted butter over each
