Air Fryer Coconut Flour Mug Cake Recipe
Ingredients
SERVES 1.
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons granular erythritol
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Method
- In a 4 ramekin, whisk egg, then add remaining ingredients
- Stir until smooth
- Place into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 300°F and set the timer for 25 minutes
- When done a toothpick should come out clean
- Enjoy right out of the ramekin with a spoon
- Serve warm
