Air Fryer Coconut Flour Mug Cake Recipe

Ingredients

SERVES 1.

  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons granular erythritol
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Method

  1. In a 4 ramekin, whisk egg, then add remaining ingredients
  2. Stir until smooth
  3. Place into the air fryer basket
  4. Adjust the temperature to 300°F and set the timer for 25 minutes
  5. When done a toothpick should come out clean
  6. Enjoy right out of the ramekin with a spoon
  7. Serve warm
