Air Fryer Crispy Buffalo Chicken Tenders

Ingredients

SERVES 4.

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken tenders
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 11/2 ounces pork rinds, finely ground
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Method

  1. Place chicken tenders in large bowl and pour hot sauce over them
  2. Toss tenders in hot sauce, evenly coating
  3. In a separate large bowl, mix ground pork rinds with chili powder and garlic powder
  4. Place each tender in the ground pork rinds, covering completely
  5. Wet your hands with water and press down the pork rinds into the chicken
  6. Place the tenders in a single layer into the air fryer basket
  7. Adjust the temperature to 375°F and set the timer for 20 minutes
  8. Serve warm
