Ingredients
SERVES 2.
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta
Method
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except the feta
- Cut a piece of parchment to fit your air fryer basket and press the mixture into a 1/2-thick circle
- Sprinkle the mixture with feta and place into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 8 minutes
- After 5 minutes, flip over the cheese mixture
- Allow to cool 5 minutes before cutting into sticks
- Serve warm
