Ingredients
Makes 1 cup
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 to 2 cloves garlic, to taste, pressed
- squeeze of fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill or 2 teaspoons dillweed
- sea salt and freshly ground black or white pepper
Method
- In a small bowl, whisk the yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and dill together
- Season to taste with salt and pepper
- Will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator overnight
